The pizza

A living part of who we are

Our origins take shape through our doughs and the quality of our ingredients.

Our dough follows the family traditions: thirty hours of leavening, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Agerola fior di latte mozzarella, baked in a wood-fired oven. Neapolitan, like us.

What kind of pizza do you make?

Neapolitan pizza, the way it is made in Naples: thirty hours of leavening, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Agerola fior di latte and a wood-fired oven. The dough follows the traditions of the De Vito family.

What is Sott’ n’gopp, the fried pizza prepared at the table?

It is fried pizza topped in front of you, at the table, with tomato, parmesan and basil: it is among the starters, at 18 euros. There is also the Antica, fried pizza filled with tomato, fior di latte, salami, ricotta and pepper.

Which pizzas are on the menu?

Red and white. Among the red ones the Margherita, the Caronte with Sardinian anchovies from Sant’Antioco, the Vesuvio with yellow datterino tomatoes; among the white ones the Beatrice with 12-month cured ham, the Nennella with gorgonzola, walnuts and pears, the Friariella with sausage and friarielli greens. The full menu with prices is online.

How much does a pizza cost?

It starts at 10 euros for the Margherita; the most elaborate ones go up to 17.50 euros.

Are there Sardinian ingredients on the pizzas?

Yes, it is our way of bringing Naples and Sardinia together: Sant’Antioco anchovies on the Caronte, Cala Gonone anchovies on the Napoli, Sardinian pecorino and potato croquettes on the Sarda, Carloforte tuna on the Carloforte, zero-kilometre organic egg on the Gallura.

What about allergies and intolerances?

Tell the dining-room staff when you order: we will tell you what each pizza contains.
