How we handle your data

This page explains what data we collect when you use the site or ask us for a table, why we use it and how long we keep it. Information notice under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect and why

Booking request. From the form we collect your name and surname, phone number, date, time, number of guests and any notes. They are used only to reply to you and confirm the table, on WhatsApp or by phone. We do not use them for anything else and we do not pass them on to third parties.

Phone and WhatsApp. If you write to us or call us, we use your contact details only to handle your request. You open the WhatsApp chat yourself on your phone: the message travels through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under the terms of service you accepted with the app.

Browsing. The server hosting the site (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) automatically logs the technical data of the connection, such as the IP address and the page requested, for security and operational reasons. The Google map loads only if you open it: until then no data is sent to Google.

Legal basis

To reply to anyone asking for a table, the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): no consent is needed and none is collected. For technical browsing data, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Booking request data is kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Technical server data follows the retention periods of the hosting provider.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, by writing or calling +39 331 944 2966. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies, plus one that remembers the choice made in the banner. Measurement or marketing cookies start only with consent, and none is active today. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

If anything changes in the way we handle data, we update this page.
